This year this annual event will extra special. SNPI Exists 25 year! The dinner event is beautiful 3-course dinner with guest speakers. The topic is always employee ownership or related topics.
The SNPI dinner event is exclusive for the companies with broad based plans and service providers who are members of SNPI. Every year we invite special guests to join the dinner event and can new companies join to meet the network and learn more about employee participation.

Johan van den Elzen, former CEO of Movares (a Dutch engineering company)
Johan wrote a book": "Profit is nice, but a job is better". He will present the book and he will explain the wittle and his pholosophy behind it. Johan is a supporter of broad based employee ownership plans.
Ilse Visser en Nick van der Dussen, owners of Undutchables, a recruitment agency with a broad- based employee ownership sheme. - How participation led to becoming a partner and buying the company from the first owner.
Anja Kanters of Donkergroen
Tedtalk of Ms. Anja Kanters, owner of Donkergroen, landscaping/gardening company with more than 850 employees and 24 locations in The Netherlands and a broad-based employee ownership scheme since 2019.
This year we have an international programme, which can be combined with the roundtable in the afternoon.

The fee for attending the roundtable and the SNPI-dinner for our international guests and member of IAFP, SNPI, AGP, Fondact or Proshare is € 125,- (incl. taxes). To be paid in cash at the start of the roundtable.
Non-members fee is € 375,- for the whole day. to be paid in cash at the start of the roundtable.
The first 10 multinational companies and members, will receive a free ticket for the whole day!
